We are a gourmet kitchen with sustainable food & scratch cooking at our core. Every ingredient & every meal is made daily in-house by our chefs. We embrace food in it’s natural form & place emphasison nutritional content over calorie count to create dishes that are clean & colorful.

We select our ingredients from local suppliers with a reputation for quality, sustainability & freshness. Suppliers that are usually small family run with the same values, culture & passion as we have for our operation. We then employ health centered cooking methods which harkens back to a time when food was more than just fuel for the body
